Gabled double-height warehouse, c. 1870, having square cut rubble limestone walls with brick dressing to openings and raised quoins. Forming part of larger composition with adjoining buildings.
Significant late nineteenth-century warehouse, one of a pair with the nearby warehouse (20508026), with typical snecked limestone façade. One of an important group of surviving industrial buildings in this part of the city.
