Single-storey multi gabled warehouse, c. 1880, having plain render to quay front walls and random limestone and brick to Marina Road elevations; extended and altered at various dates.

Nineteenth century warehouse constructed using brick and random limestone, re-roofed and altered but retaining much original fabric and associated with the Odlums complex.
