Terraced three-bay three-storey house with half dormer attic, built 1898, retaining timber sash windows, with bracketed eaves course, single-storey bay window and hood mouldings; set back behind railings.
Very intact, but perhaps a little neglected, terraced late-nineteenth century house, retaining timber sash windows and cast-iron railings and gate to front. The building retains additional significance as one of a group of such houses.
