Detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1900. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course. Timber sash windows. Smooth rendered surround to round-headed recessed porch having glazed timber door within. Hipped slate roof with two rendered chimney stacks. Roughcast rendered boundary wall and gate piers to road.
This early twentieth-century house sits well amongst the surrounding modern houses and is an unusually well preserved example of this type of house, maintaining a sense of history on this particular rural landscape.
