Discovered prior to road construction (Excavation Licence 99E0485). Located beneath ringfort (LH012-065001-). U-shaped passage (L 28.1m; Wth c. 1m) with drystone walls and a lintelled roof. Majority of lintels were robbed probably sometime in the post-medieval period. Two levels with a chamber at the lower level. Finds recovered included Man-made underground passage ware pottery, a bone bead necklace, a bronze panel with an enamel interlace decoration, iron slag and a large quantity of animal bone.
