Killeen Burial Gd (Disused) is a subcircular mound in County Cork, Ireland, raised half a metre above pasture on a south-facing slope. It measures nine metres east-west and six and a half metres north-south, yet no grave markers remain visible beneath the heavy growth. The site was absent from the 1842 OS 6-inch map, suggesting it had already faded from local awareness or was deliberately overlooked. Without stones or names to hold them, the dead there have become part of the grass itself, remembered only by the shape of the earth they left behind.
