What is recorded here

Situated on a low rise of ground with extensive views in all directions. A small irregular-shaped enclosure (diam. 32m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1m) with no clear entrance feature visible. Field fences radiate out from the site at E, S and SW. Depicted on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map as a hexagonal enclosure with a laneway transecting the S end. This site may originally have been associated with the nearby farmhouse to the NW.
