Indicated

Situated on a level landscape at the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains. This is a subcircular, scrub-covered area (dims. 31m N-S; 28m E-W) with deciduous trees defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-5m; int. H 0.8-1.5m; ext. H 1.2-1.4m) with no visible fosse. A gap (Wth 2.5m) at NW is probably modern, while the original entrance (Wth 2m) is at E.
