Situated just E of the summit of a high drumlin hill. Raised oval area (int. dims. 47.3m N-S; 39.5m E-W) defined by a scarp faced with a wall of drystone masonry. From N-E and from S-SW there is a modern trench at the external foot of the scarp. The interior is used as a graveyard (CV021-006004-). Original entrance, now marked by a modern gate and pillars, was at ESE. The site, from the surface remains, would appear to be a rath later utilised as a burial ground.
