In quarry. Random-rubble limestone walls encase earthen core. Front elevation (H c. 7m; Wth 5.6m) faces S; arched recess (H 2.3m; Wth 2.5m; D c. 2.9m), corbelled stones to rear with stoking hole, ope at base. Partially infilled brick-lined funnel (diam. 2m). Ground to rear recently disturbed.
