Indicated is a buried circular platform twenty-five metres across, rising one and three-quarter metres above the green of a modern golf course in County Dublin. Its east edge has collapsed, and vegetation smothers the rest, yet the shape still forces itself upon the eye when someone walks past without thinking. The fort may have stood as a warning, a home, or a marker for boundaries long forgotten. It waits beneath the grass, patient and unbroken, inviting imagination to complete what time has erased.

The site comprises a circular platform (diam. 25m; H 1.75m) damaged along the east side. The site is very overgrown but may be the remains of a platform ringfort. Now within golf course. Compiled by: Geraldine Stout Updated by: Christine Baker Date of upload: 29 January 2015
