On a slight rise in an undulating landscape. Subcircular grass and scrub-covered area (dims 50.6m NNW-SSE; 42.5m ENE-WSW) defined by the remains of a stone wall (at SE: original Wth 1.55m) overlain by a drystone wall and hedge, and obscured by field stones. The original entrance is not identified. At SE is a children's burial ground (RO051-063002-), visible as a triangular enclosure (ext. dims 18m E-W; 10m N-S) defined by the remains of stone walls at N and W and the inner face of the cashel wall at SE.
