What is recorded here

Semi-detached three-bay single-storey house, built c. 1890. The house is finished in render. The replacement front door is panelled and part glazed and it sits in a slightly advancing bay. Window openings are flat-headed and have a variety of timber casement frames. The pitched roof is finished with natural slate with cast-iron rainwater goods; eaves are overhanging with timber fascias. The house faces the road and is slightly set back behind a small overgrown garden.
The house is in original condition. It contributes to the streetscape’s 19th-century atmosphere. If lost the town’s heritage would be the poorer.
