End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey rendered house, built c.1730. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber door to gable elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Now attached to later house to the north-east, and in single use.
It appears that this house is one of the oldest in Millbrook, probably predating the mill complex and adjacent three-storey house. The building retains many interesting features and materials.
