Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1930. Pitched tiled roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows, one being tripartite six-over-six flanked by two-over-two. Square-headed opening with replacement timber panelled half-glazed. Rendered square-profile piers to site entrance.
Modest size and low elevation enhanced and enlivened by retention of timber sash windows. Large window opening and tiled roof typical of twentieth century. Brings architectural interest to roadscape.
