The Historic building in Rathdowney is a pair of houses given a shopfront across the bottom, like two neighbours forced into one enormous pair of trousers. They now have offices below and homes above, so neither can move out without making things awkward.
Pair of terraced six-bay two-storey houses, c. 1830. Renovated, c. 1900, with render shopfront inserted to ground floor. Now in use as offices with residential accommodation over.
