Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1840. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course. Timber sash windows, Wyatt windows to ground floor. Glazed timber panelled door. M-profile slate roof with roughcast rendered chimney stacks at west gable ends.
This modest, symmetrical house retains its original proportions and many materials, most notably its sash windows, thereby enhancing the streetscape.
