Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1830. Two-bay two-storey return. Hipped slate roof. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with replacement uPVC windows. Shutters to internal windows. Round-headed door openings. Outbuildings to rear.
Despite recent alterations to Green Lawn it maintains its overall form and massing and is an important addition to the architectural heritage of Limerick County.
