What is recorded here
Depicted as a roughly square field (c. 35.5m N-S; 36m E-W) on the 1841-42 OS 6-inch map and named 'Grave Yard'. On the 1939 OS 6-inch map it is depicted as roughly circular (c. 45m N-S; 42m E-W) in shape and named 'Grave Yard'. According to local knowledge this was known as the 'church field'.
