What is recorded here
The parish church of Cloonfinlough (RO029-053001-) is within a subcircular graveyard which was originally a rath (RO029-053003-) (ext. diam. 46m E-W; 42m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.5-4m; int. H 0.2-0.5m; ext. H 1-1.3m) and hedge with the graveyard wall cut back into it on the outside, and an outer flat-bottomed fosse (Wth at base 2.5-3.5m; D 0.4-0.8m). An ENE-WSW road wall truncates the enclosure at NW. A fragment of a memorial cross (RO029-053004-) is in the graveyard.
