What is recorded here

The following description is derived from both the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Louth' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1986) and the 'Archaeological Survey of County Louth' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1991). Large granite boulder, probably originally a glacial erratic (H 2.2m, 2m by 1.7m in section), with top sloping to SSW, so that the orientation is roughly NNE-SSW. Natural cup-mark pitting on all faces.

From the National Monuments Service (Archaeological Survey of Ireland) record LH004-014
