Galláin

In pasture, near top of hill. Named 'Galláin' on 1939 OS 6-inch map, two stones being indicated. Group of four stones: three are thin, upright sandstone slabs, the other a quartzite boulder. Three stones are roughly in line (long axis NE-SW), with sandstone slabs to NE (H 1.14m; 0.83m x 0.27m; long axis NE-SW) and SW (H 1.2m; 1.33m x 0.28m; long axis NNE-SSW); middle stone is the quarzite boulder (H 0.8m; 1.02m x 0.8m). Fourth stone (H 1.17m; 1.95m x 0.14m; long axis NW-SE) lies 1.8m from SW slab and roughly at right angles to it.
