Fulacht fia in Coumaraglinmountain

Located on the N bank of an E-W stream at the point where the stream enters the ravine of the N-S Araglin river. This is a kidney-shaped, heather-covered mound (dims. 14m E-W; 12m N-S; H 0.5-1.7m) open to the S where there is a trough area (dims. 5.5m x 2.8m). (Moore 1995, 196, 217, 241, F14) This monument forms part of the national monument complex at Coumaraglinmountain (National Monuments (Preservation) Order No. 4 of 1996).
