Field system in Cutteen North

Situated on a gentle SE-facing slope in the upper Tay river valley. This is a co-axial field system covering an area of c. 6ha of which only one rectangular field (dims. c. 110m NW-SE; c. 100m NE-SW) survives complete. The walls are grass-covered stone spreads (max. Wth 3m; H 0.5m) with some large boulders. The fields are associated with an enclosure (WA014-040001-) and four fulachta fiadh (WA014-040002-; WA014-040003-; WA014-040004-; WA014-040005-).
