Fairy fort in Gort Uí Raithile is a circular stone ringfort in County Cork, Ireland. It measures 34 metres north-south and 36 metres east-west. A substantial wall stands 2.1 metres high and is 3 metres thick from the southeast to the north-northeast. The wall has collapsed elsewhere and has been rebuilt in places. Fallen stones lie against both faces of the wall to a height of 0.6 metres. A ledge 0.4 metres wide sits about 0.5 metres above ground on the inside face. The interior is boggy toward the east. A possible man-made underground passage occurs in the northeast quadrant.
In level pasture. Circular area (34m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by substantial stone wall (H 2.1m; T 3m) SE->NNE; collapsed elsewhere. Wall rebuilt in places; batter on external face. Fallen stones against inner and outer face of wall to height of 0.6m. Ledge (Wth 0.4m) c. 0.5m above ground level on internal face of wall. Interior boggy to E; possible Man-made underground passage CO069-004002-) in NE quadrant.
