Traces of low earthen bank enclosing oval area (40m N-S, 50m E-W), planted with mature oaks. Enclosed by large stone wall, shown on 1907 'OS 6-inch' map. Possibly a tree ring.
A local fairy fort (ringfort/rath); wider significance not recorded.
