In undulating pasture, on crest of low rise. Circular area (100m NW-SE) defined by scarped edge (H c. 1m; Wth 2.1m) with external fosse (D 0.4m; Wth 1.4m) SW->NNE, by barely perceptible scarped edge NNE->SE, and by field boundary overlying scarp SE->SW. Gap in bank at N (Wth 2.2m). Interior rises gently towards centre. Low parallel undulations in NW quadrant may be remains of cultivation ridges.
