Embanked enclosure — Report the wrong picture

Marked as a circular enbanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 30m) on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in the valley of a SE-NW stream with the stream immediately to the N. Clone church (WX015-023001-) is c. 300m to the W. An L-shaped, grass-covered bank (Wth 4m; H 0.3m; total L 14m) on the site may be spoil. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
