In field immediately SE of Rathcormack. Indicated 'Fever Hospital' on 1842 OS 6-inch map and 'Dispensary' on 1904 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps. Abandoned 2-storey gable-ended structure; chimneys on gables. Front (W) of 3 bays; centraldoor with rectangular light; bi-partite sash windows with original glazing bars. Roofless 1-storey addition to rear.
