What is recorded here
Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland, is the birthplace of Darren Dennehy, a centre-back who emerged from the Everton youth system before drifting through English clubs and returning home to play alongside his brother Billy. The town gave him a body strong enough for defensive work and a name recognizable enough to carry across borders. His life moved from Tralee to England and back again, but the border never changed the fact that he was born there.
