Corcrin Bridge

Triple-arch limestone bridge carrying road over river, built c.1820. Round arches with cut-stone voussoirs with later concrete skirt to abutments. Rubble stone walls, parapet walls and soffits.

This is a modest but well-constructed stone bridge. Its tall round arches have an elegant vertical emphasis. The roughly-cut rubble stone walls give it a rustic character complemented by its rural setting. It continues to serve as important local infrastructure.
