
What is recorded here
Within W sector of the interior a rath (GA125-013----). Indicated on 1st and 3rd (1920) eds. of OS maps by two small dots aligned NW-SE and named ‘Caves’. The dots may indicate two points of access. The landowner recalled a ‘small tunnel’, which was subsequently blocked up. No visible surface trace of it survives.
