On the S-facing slope of Rathcroghan ridge and c. 5m outside the perimeter of cashel (RO022-057039-) at WSW. Drystone-built and lintelled passage (Wth 1.8m; H 1.2m) which runs NW-SE (L 8.5m) from the present entrance close to the SE end, but it turns N (L 0.6m) at the NW and ends abruptly. (Herity 1987a, 138)
