In NE quadrant of cliff-edge fort (CO138-020002-). According to Westropp (1915, 278) 'ope is barely 18" across...more like the earth of a fox or a badger than a Man-made underground passage'. No visible surface trace. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
