What is recorded here
Single-arch road bridge over the Owenbeg River, built c.1840, with ashlar sandstone voussoirs to arch-ring and random sandstone parapet walls.
This modest single-arched road bridge, crossing a small river, is enhanced by its ashlar sandstone voussoirs. It is both architecturally appealing and technically significant, and as an integral part of Manorhamilton's infrastructure, it is of social importance.
