Semi-detached three-bay two-storey over basement house, c.1875, with gabled end bay having single-storey over basement bay windows. (Pair with 11358009) ROOF: Asbestos tiled double-pitched roof; hipped to left; concrete ridge tiles; red brick profiled stacks; decorative timber bargeboards; cast-iron rainwater goods. WALLS: Rough cast to front elevation; unpainted; nap rendered corners strips; painted. OPENINGS: Ogee-headed door opening; nap rendered archivolt, sidelights; overlight, square headed window openings; painted concrete sills; 1/1 timber sash windows.
