Abandoned long 2-storey rectangular house overlooking River Allow. Front elevation (E) of 4 bays, door ope off-centre to right with rectangular fanlight; sash windows. Side elevations 1 bay deep. Hipped roof, two off-centre chimneys. Door ope at N end of rear elevation; 1-storey addition at S end which accommodated the dairy.
