Detached three-bay single-storey former canal workers house, built c.1795, now derelict. Hipped slate roof, nap render over ashlar limestone walls, and openings set in recessed blind arches. Outbuilding to site.
Though now derelict and in poor condition, this canal workers' house exhibits architectural detailing with the blind arches surrounding the openings, which is enhance the modest form. The house forms an interesting group of related structures with the canal, lock and aqueducts.
