What is recorded here

At the base of a ridge in marshy pastureland. Holy well defined by a large circular rubble-strewn hollow (D 6m) which feeds a stream which flows out to S. Traditionally associated with St Patrick (Neary 1914, 125, no. 50). II - North Galway'.
