Double-pitched roof, natural slates - tarred, Velux rooflights, raking stone coping, aluminium ogee gutters, brick chimneys stacks with stone dressings. Exposed coursed random stone work. Stone cills, ground floor right hand side opening reduced in size, eight over eight pane deal sash window - ground floor; two over two pane deal sash window - first floor; flush roughly dressed stone door surround, panelled timber door - 1880's
