Structure

A dispersed deposit of seven irregularly laid pieces of light brushwood (Wth 0.69m; D 0.23m), with similar material in the vicinity, which is only partially evident. The site is in well-humified Sphagnum peat with occasional fibrous roots. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2001. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
