Structure

A single piece of brushwood (diam. 0.04m) in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with some fibrous roots. A deposit of brushwood and twigs is located 0.08m to the SW but could not be recorded. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2001. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
