Stones is a boulder-burial beside a stone circle at the inner end of Bantry Bay, County Cork. The great rock may have covered a chamber, while the circle stood witness on the slope above the Coomhola river. Under West Cork sky, the dead would have lain beneath stone and the living walked past marks that still exclude forgetting.

On slight NW-facing slope at inner end of Bantry Bay, c. 400m E of mouth of Coomhola river. Immediately W of centre of multiple-stone circle (CO105-003---). Boulder (1.4m x 1m; T 0.6m) may be cover-stone of boulder-burial; no support stones visible. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
