Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods, timber eaves course and terracotta ridge cresting. Bargeboards and finials to gables. Square-headed openings with single and paired one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed openings with timber fixed pane windows and concrete sills. Square-headed opening with timber panelled door. Gardens to rear and hedgerow boundary to front.

This picturesque and attractive house displays keen attention to detail, particularly obvious in the artistic bargeboards and ridge cresting. These features, combined with the retention of timber sliding sash windows, make for a building of character and charm.
