Kilvealaton West is a level pasture in County Cork where a long, low stone still stands. It rises 0.85m, stretches 1m x 1.8m, tapers to a ridge along the top and points east-west. People may have set it there as a marker, a boundary or a place for memory. The pasture has changed around it, but the stone keeps its shape and direction.
