What is recorded here

Glanaphuca holds a rectangular standing stone, 1.22 metres tall, aligned north-northwest in pasture above the river valley. Its flat edges catch light differently through the seasons, marking time without a clock. People may have gathered there to read weather, celebrate birth or remember loss. The stone still stands because it gave back attention whenever someone paused beside it.
