In Grenagh village. T-shaped church with stem of T to E. Entered at E end, interior lit by slender pointed lancets with switchline tracery. Fine classical reredos behind altar at W end, very similar to reredos formerly at Ovens (CO073-072----). Bellcote atop E gable, rising from narrow stone breakfront; central pointed door with window overhead. Low gabled sacristy at W end. Early 19th-century in appearance, very similar to nearby church (CO042-099----) built in 1843. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
