Area heavily overgrown; unable to locate. According to local information, covered by large stone slab. No longer in holy use. Served as domestic water source early this century. St Bartholomew's Well is associated with St Bartholomew, one of the twelve apostles, traditionally linked to healing and protection. The well's former sacred status may have been diminished when it was repurposed as a domestic water source in the early 20th century.
