What is recorded here

According to Power (1952, 28) there may have been a settlement at a place called An Clais - the trench - at Headborough. It remains unlocated and was probably one of the groups of houses (WA029-062----; WA029-063----) recorded on a Bateman map. Power, Rev. P. (1952) The placenames of the Decies. (second ed.) Cork University Press.

From the National Monuments Service (Archaeological Survey of Ireland) record WA029-064
