What is recorded here
On the sheltered S-side of the mouth (W-end) of a small, E-W valley (Wth c. 30m). Visible on an aerial photograph (DoD, 1999). A rectangular area (dims. L c. 80m E-W; Wth c. 10m) contains a series of slight terraces (dims. L c. 10m; Wth c. 10m) defined on their N and W sides by very low earthen banks (Wth 2-3m; H 0.05m). Faint mounding is visible within these features.
